Almost 4 years as a buyer in eBay and sadly, first time I had a really bad experience. Earrings with bad quality overall. I tried to return what I bought and I closed the return request by accident. Seller agreed to take the return as long as I pay for the shipping cost. I accepted and send them back. USPS delivered the earrings back on time and after that, seller refused to make a refund. First she lied about no getting the earrings back and then saying that she wasn’t allowed to make a refund.
