I've attempted seller contact. The item was listed to arrive within 5 business days from date of purchase. The eve of 10 days later I asked why no tracking information was available. I recieved the excuse that "our carrier" is the problem when it's obvious that it wasn't sent out in a timely manner. I had to cancel a client because my equipment was not ready. I requested a full refund. I will not do business with anyone that lies about shipping out an order. Scammers do that.
