The vendor was helpful & prompt to reply. Postage time was pretty good. The sizing chart was about right, but I would say allow 1 size larger. There was an issue with a couple of buttons that came off immediately when trying them on. However, a needle & thread soon sorted that out. I would say you can be fairly confident in your purchase. I would rate my experience as a 8/10. Free postage would be a bonus though.
