Absolutely the worst customer service. They are blaming me when I opened their product after it caught fire. The wires were CRUSHED and direct shorting to ground. They don’t even try to take the blame. 100% put it on the customer. Do not buy!!!! If you do, get rid of their ESC and install a REAL one, not their shorted out junk.

product request a Dean connector battery, and you use IC3 connector battery, tell us the device burn out the second you plug the battery in, if you have little knowledge about the ESC, you will know that is the wrong polarity connection which can make the ESC burn right away, even so, we accept the return and offer full refund plus paying for the returning shipping cost, what else you expect us to do?? and you still leave such feedback, so no wondering you are not most sellers nightmare!
