I paid for this item. Item arrived broken. Packaging was fine. Item was broken by seller while packaging. Seller was advised of broken solar panel control module and provided with photos. Seller told me to destroy item with hammer and send photos before he would consider replacing it. Seller does not trust buyers he just wants his money and accepted NO responsibility for sending a defective item. If he tries to say that he offered to refund he is a liar. He only wanted the broken item back
