As long as the product is returned to us within 14 days in good condition with original packaging, we will refund the cost of the product. We do not refund the cost of P&P unless the goods are faulty in which case we will make a full refund. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to cover the the cost of returning the item. Damaged & Faulty Items.
