I initially purchased one of these and was happy with the quality so I immediately purchased another for a relative and it took exceedingly longer to receive. I made several attempts to contact the seller because they provided no tracing number. The customer service was horrendous and I was constantly mislead by the seller saying they would get back to me.

I apologize to the seller as they were very helpful in getting me a refund for this purchase that was sent to the wrong address. I spent over an hour just trying to figure out how to correct this review because i'd hate to report falsely on someone's business as it can affect their pos.
