All glasses fit differently on each person. I suggested to this buyer to get them adjusted at their local optical/eyewear store. Glasses do not come already adjusted to fit your face. She wanted me to pay $15 and send me an invoice for this. Most places do not charge a fee for adjustments. This felt like a scam to get money. Buyer also stated that everything was fine with the glasses, but just needed adjustments. I reported to eBay
