EBay was NO help. They closed the return I started and gave no reason why. Said I would accept a return and fully refund him. Then it turns out his TV was defective and the receiver works fine. He had the receiver for over a month and then comes back and tries to say it's defective again and he wants a refund. I try to help him again but he just wants a full refund and to keep the "broken" receiver. Theatens negative feedback unless refunded. 4 different support agents say this can and can't be removed???
