Carplay is a game changer. I have an f150 so I had to download a program and contact seller to fix the start up screen logo and to fix climate control. They were quick to respond and got me fixed up in 15 minutes! Everything works perfectly now! Definitely I recommend this seller, super easy to deal with and responsive!

I received the product about a week later than originally expected. I placed the order because it was being shipped from a US location expecting faster delivery. I was offered a credit for the delay but never given any sort of offer. The only thing the seller said is I can receive the product and return. I have yet to see if the item even works and may opt to return regardless.
