The previous owner(s) have taken excellent care of this toy. As should be expected for a popular toy of this age, there is minor paint chips & fading noted on the red slinky. However, the shape & action of the toy is superb. There are No bends, twists, cracks, or warping of the metal coil. Nor any signs of damage or repair. The original red box, which has a hard to find, rare pictorial graphic, does exhibit considerable wear. On the closure top part of the box, the flaps on both sides have completely detached but they are still in the box. It has minor dings, scrapes, & scratches. It is also slightly faded in areas & has some minor staining as well as age related yellowing of the once white areas of the box. I tried to capture all of these flaws in the pictures, so please examine them so that you can judge the condition for yourself. This is an exceptional opportunity to own a rare, top-notch Slinky!”
