    Seller is deceptive, buy elsewhere. He had the heatsink version of a Western Digital SN850X SSD. It had been crudely modified to remove the heatsink. He sold it as a brand new, non-heatsink SSD. I had to open a case with eBay to return it. Once returned, he lied by stating that I did not send back the same product he'd mailed. eBay already had pictures I'd attached to the claim, recognized his lie and issued a refund anyway.

I am always happy to clarify any questions you may have had before buying, but you ultimately purchased the item with the condition and description clearly visible in the description.
