    This item was described as “used” but appeared new, despite it being an older puzzle. The pieces were still sealed in their bag and the box was in great condition. Communication and shipping were great, and the item was better than the description. Packaging was also excellent: I bought two puzzles and was glad they shipped them together (they asked if that was okay before shipping). The value was good for this particular puzzle. Excellent transaction!

    Communication was great and I received the puzzle very quickly once it was shipped. The box looked a bit beat-up, but this is an old puzzle and I’m really only concerned with the quality of the pieces. The pieces were tinier than I realized (I’d bought small piece puzzles from this puzzle brand before, but these were even tinier), but the seller did have it clearly labeled as “micro-sized”. The value was good for such a rare puzzle and they were willing to negotiate the price. Great transaction!
