I sent photos, side by side comparison of shoes owned by me next to the pair purchased from them. There was clearly a marked difference in scale and . I ordered a size 13 and they sent out a size 14. The undersole of the shoe also came from their store with a black magic marking "14". Instead of acknowledging the error the owner response was denial and a defensive posture.
