When I contacted them I was told I would get a partial refund but did not say how much. I then asked them for to send me what I ordered & for a return shipping label. This is when I was told they did not have the size I ordered, and to keep the incorrect item. They would give me a full refund. I waited 3 days, contacted them again, only to have them respond that the item had been delivered. Nothing about the promised refund.
