There were some greater scratches that still fall within the Good condition, but they didn't really show up in the images. Game didn't work on arrival. Got past the PS2 logo which flickered, loaded for a while, the screen flickers again (maybe loaded corrupted cutscene), then it's just a black screen forever. I sent the game in WAY WAY WAY better packaging than virtually anyone in the world when it comes to a lose disc, it worked great....he scratched it and claims that it didn't work after the fact...refused to give him a refund without return of the game, then this happens. I tell ebay...they don't care. It isn't right that people are allowed to say whatever they want with no repercussions.
