Customer is erratic and very difficult to work with. Despite repeated requests, he never sent a picture of the so-called damage. Instead sent a 'far-away" picture of the ticket which no close-up that showed any damage. As seen in much other feedback I received, customers praise me for my careful packing. Item was well-protected with cardboard.
