When put in a computer, the computer would stop booting and display a message saying enter password. Without the password, the drive is useless. Unable to do a secure erase with OEM tool. I contacted seller, but got no reply. Asked for a refund, which I got. Got a message from seller saying they would try to get password. That was the only contact from seller. I wasted several hours debugging the issue
