      Very well packed and sent quickly. It arrived in excellent very clean condition for a second hand vacuum. I haven't had a chance to use it for more than a few minutes other than plug it in and do a quick run over a carpet, but was amazed at how much dirt it sucked up. It will take a while to get used to how it all works, but have managed to download the Instruction Manual from Shark Clean. Would recommend this seller.
