Their tops weren't sealed with tape or individually bagged. I exchanged numerous emails with the vendor but to no avail. I even sent him pictures of the mess he'd shipped to me. He requested I return the damaged items to him at my own expense. He never offered to send me the items I'd ordered. Finally, he stated he'd only refund me $2.00 of the $34.41 I'd been charged. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
