The size is true to the size guide - ordered a 4x after measuring the body but asked to have a longer sleeve on it - it fits perfectly. Communication with Jovialbiz was great with quick replies. It still has that 'new leather' smell to it, but I know that will fade out. The only downside is that it is made overseas, so it takes a bit longer (about 2 weeks) to receive it after ordering. But it is well worth the cost and wait.
