Seller is located in NY. eBay says item ships from NY. Shipping label was purchased in NY. Yet product is shipping from Israel. Seller ignored my concerns and emailed me a "disclaimer" that shipping duties are my responsibility and that if I return the item, I owe return shipping -- to Israel. How can I make an informed choice if I'm not told the ship from location until after shipping starts!
