    Told me a “brand new” item but what i received was an used unit with rust and chewed up screws. The seller offered to take $50 off when i insisted on a full refund. Didnt want to leave a negative feedback to not hurt his business but the seller’s return location must be shady the usps did not leave the package there but left a notice but still unclaimed with no response from the seller. Filing a claim shortly after this review.

    To those who will read this. We made a mistake and shipped a used binding. Extended an apology, offered some new hardware & a small refund as well. The buyer refused the offer. I accepted the return and refund. I don't respond immediately to messages. Apparently powdery was spinning out and left this review because of it. Nice of you to pass judgment about the delivery.... Next time maybe you should walk in to a retail store and support a local business.
