The seller stated that the item was In excellent condition new with tags unfortunately this was not the case the helmet had a mark right above the broken lever housing for the flip down shades where you could see that they had dropped it and the lever mechanism had broken off and the cheek pad screwed into it so it is no longer safe to use this product was far from in amazing condition and seller knew this
