It arrived with one of the luminous hour markers lose and rattling about, trapped between the face and the watch glass. Even the most basic quality control would have spotted that. I emailed the seller to arrange to return the watch. I was told that was fine only to then be offered a refund of just £10! I declined it and have now sent the watch back to get a full refund.
