I understand it’s a car part but seller could’ve cleaned it I PAID for it, it was not free!!!!! The parts we sell are in used condition from salvaged cars. We do make efforts to clean heavy debris or grease/oil from parts, but we don't advertise them as new condition. Prior communication would've been appreciated as it's hard to fix issues if we only hear about them in a negative feedback.
