It arrived safely, but had issues and errors from the moment we turned it on. It was determined that the unit had a failed power supply, and we were sent another one. If my husband wasn't here, there is NO WAY I would have been able to install it myself - he's quite familiar with computers and still struggled. After spending that much, I expect the machine to work . It's been a PITA.
