There was no protection of the delicate needlepoint stitching from the rough inside of thebox as it travelled slowly. No padding, tissue paper or plastic bag even. The box was battered somewhat and the pillow was frayed in part. The delivery date was delayed 3 times, so it had a long, rough trip with sad results. Very disappointed!
