When I unscrewed the cap, there were 2 o-rings inside and one of them was cut into pieces (see attached photo). The other o-ring was in good condition but it did not fit properly in the o-ring groove. When I went to install it in my car, I found the spacer was not long enough to clear some coolant hoses below it. I had to add washers for clearance. Overall, product was OK.
