Totally unreliable seller, saw opportunity of a big sale and ignored all other support and ignored customer requirements. Priority export shipping premium but no service. Requested invoice but not provided. Insufficient customs documents sent along with parcel and incomplete receiver info. Items still blocked in customs after 9 days with so called Priority shipping. Nothing done to resolve the issue. Only thing seller has done is request us remove the negative review. Expensive timewaster.
