    The chair arrived in good condition but did not have the 4D arms or the lumbar support, to be clear the seller did NOT claim that it did. I got the wrong end of the stick because a photo review of "this item" showed them as being included. The neutral rating reflects that the returns label was for a 5kg package and the communication from the seller was slow and limited. Would not recommend if you are unsure about what you are buying.

    Perfect thank you. Seat arrived in good time and was handled well by Fedex. Excellent condition! Looks and feels new. All articulations work as expected. I can also recommend the Leap V2 in general, it's comfortable and adjusts well between my 6 foot 2 lanky body and my short girlfriend. Heavy too, should last a long time.

    I waited 5 weeks for a chair that was supposed to take 3-5 days. No communication whatsoever from seller. When I enquired of the seller they still could not give me a delivery date as they were still waiting for parts. Sellers must not offer items for sale that they do not have. A complete waste of time.
