Seller said they could not ship the stones I paid for. They wanted to substitute something that looked completely different. I told them no, I did not like them and to please refund my money. They are insisting on sending the ugly stones. I again said “No, I do not want them.” They sent a notification that they are shipping the substitute stones regardless of what I said. I clearly stated again, “Do not send the substitute stones.”
Amazon, please interject. I want a refund please.
