The items description states clock is in "working order." I received the clock, wound it, and it does not work. I paid for a working clock. When I brought it up to the seller and placed a return request, I was accused of tampering with the item and removing parts so it is not functional. I sent more pictures showing all parts are in the clock and the seller stopped responding. Horrible experience.
