My husband was taken to hospital for emergency surgery (was a cancer tumor). I am 83 and have no one to help ship so I canceled the order right away with an apology and totally refunded. We are just real people doing the very best we can, as the rest of our feedback demonstrates. Pity not getting a little $8.59 rubber duck was so upsetting.
