I love this bracelet. it's a great gift for a new baby or perhaps very young child. it definitely won't fit an adult, especially one in the US. we have to remember that most Asians are very small in statue and I think they intentionally use their smallest so items appear larger. It's a marketing strategy, can't blame them. They have the correct measurements listed. I highly recommend and I recommend this seller because I got all of mine, with certificates and in good time.
