Was advertised as open box yet a child put many electronic components and broke several parts and missing tool and changes used definition to open box and no return policy has me doing business elsewhere. Thanks for the toaster that cant be put together and claiming it was something it certainly was not. did the twenty open bags inside give it away or all the assebmbled components that clearly identify this as a used product but you wanted more money as something it clearly was not.
