We asked repeatedly for them to cancel the order moments after it was purchased. They haven't shipped for almost 2 weeks now. Now they're shipping it... So they can pay for the refund and the return postage! They don't communicate at all!!!

Buyer purchased an item while we were away on vacation. Our store stated we were away and our automatic messaging was turned on to notify buyers that we are on vacation and when our estimated ship date would be once we return. The buyer has already been refunded so I am not sure why these feedback has been left. Buyer yelled and cussed at us through messaging over a $4 item.
