When I inspected this handlebar bag I found a ~ 1 inch cut in the material. The cut is just barely visible on the righthand fold of 3rd picture on the original posting. The cut is small enough that it was pretty easily fixed with some duct tape and I didn’t warrant it as a big enough issue to go through the return process. That being said, the classification as “New” feels misleading and I think the cut would have been hard for the seller to miss.
