Item was canceled by seller because seller said it was mis priced. However it was marked canceled by buyer. Seller stated eBay said to put that as the reason but ebay told me that was not true and that canceled by buyer should only be used if the buyer requested it. I did not request the cancellation. Seller seemed honestly upset by the confusion and was thankful I let her know what was happening on my end.

There was a glitch in my store that set everything to one dollar then again a few days later. It set some items at $2. I spoke with eBay on several occasions and they were fully awatif the problem. They also told me I didn't have to lose that much money on a item and I could cancel. There's no option for there was a glitch. So I was told to choose buyer asked to cancel by eBay. The reference number for my last eBay conversation in which eBay told me I had done nothing wrong is 1472402129431
