I have shared my feelings with seller twice & no return remarks.The frame was broken & the picture was loose in the box. The description did not tell it accurately. I will not buy from him/her again & perhaps not from ebay who should monitor their sellers more closely. If I were capable of sending pics, I would then all could see the mess I opened in the box

I accepted their offer of $25 less than listed, wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, responded and offered to allow return & refund, another more expensive painting, or another item(s) if interested, all on their word alone because they stated they couldn’t show pictures of damage, so to leave negative feedback when you can’t even prove damage I think is completely unfair.
