This company should be renamed Ktel or Ronco because their shipping standards for a music purchase are from the 80s. Took 8 days just to generate a shipping label. Received item 2 weeks after actual sale and payment date. Item was perfect and their communication was good but no excuse for the length of time to receive the item.
