Before the bid, the buyer is able to view one of the pictures of the driver which shows that the ferrule rose up . This is a used driver! Why did the ebayer place a bid and purchase the driver after reading the driver was used and reviewing the pictures of the item? Not fair for me as the seller when I go out of my way to picture the item being sold and the buyer overlooks it and blames it on me. I want the neutral feedback removed.
