It is the exact size as shown in photos. It is made to be moved around so that you are not always sitting on the same part which is what causes pressure sores in the first place. I am really confident you will see the benefits of it after regular use. If you hade messaged me instead of going straight for feedback I could have helped you understand further or even given you a refund. I am not sure why people do not communicate these days.
