Contacted seller about item NOT being as described. Seller answered one message insisting that all pieces were shipped. Sent another message fully explaining what was missing from the shipment. Seller disappeared and refused to reply. Had to get eBay involved. Returned the item. Seller waited until last possible day of the deadline to refund payment.
