In the end this was a positive encounter. Although I received shipping updates and a notification that my product had been delivered, I never received it. With a closer look I realized the location it was delivered to according to UPS was in a completely different part of the State where I live. I contacted the seller who attempted to get more information from UPS, but was unsuccessful. At that point the seller gave me a full refund which was obviously appreciated. Shame on UPS though!
