My seller has been great. Very responsive. However shipment has still NOT arrived and I cannot seem to get any contact with eBay at all. My experience is to NOT use eBay again. I cannot believe there is no way to talk to person. The “chat” is a joke. I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHERE MY SHIPMENT IS OR IF I WILL EVER GET IT!!!! so what seemed like a good deal is most definitely not!!!!!

Unfortunately, this negative rating only negatively affects the seller (me)- not ebay's customer service department... and in this case lowers my ranking and approval/recommendation percentage within the selling community despite the postal service being the culprit here. I hate not having control over packages once they have left my care, and I wish there was something i could do to make your experience a better one.
