very fast shipping, advertised as New which it was, EXCEPT, it was not mentioned and I did not know to ask, the item was not in original carton, it was packed carefully and received as new with no damage, I could not find the template that was listed on instructions to mark on wall where to and how high to mount seat, but I am capable of figuring that out
