FALSE - Buyer purchased past 5pm business hours on a Friday. Every single listing states that there is a 3 business day handling on each item due to full-time care of my son. It is now Wednesday and the item has shipped. The expectation of small, sole proprietor business to operate with the resources of Amazon is an unrealistic expectation.
