I made an offer of $3.50 on a $4.00 item. They responded saying that it should have been $23.50. Where did they get that number??? They finally gave to me a refund. Seller could have saved a lot of time and dissatisfaction if they had just sent the item originally. The tracking info says that they sent the item. . .very confusing.
