Item exactly as described & pictured. Shipping label was created within about 30-45 mins of ordering. The item is inherently fragile due to the material (it is a concrete fingerboard mini ramp), but it arrived in perfect condition due to the careful packaging. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a box, which was also wrapped in more bubble wrap and placed in another box. Very happy about this bc I had one of these from a different seller break mail. 10/10 would buy from seller again!!
